Attorney-at-Law Anita Hukelj upgraded education obtained at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb with a Master's degree in Economics - Business Administration (MBA) from the eminent IEDC - Bled Business School to be able to legally assist her clients by providing a more comprehensive support, relying on her knowledge of economic processes in the field of commercial and company law, such as resolving status issues, drafting all types of contracts, business plans and processes related to transformations, mergers, transformations, restructuring, refinancing, and representation in settlements, arbitration or court proceedings.

Mrs. Hukelj also has medical background so she is familiar with the complex healthcare sector and thus she specializes in medical law, and draws from this knowledge to provide consultancy services to all types of health institutions and medical facilities (polyclinics, other facilities, special hospitals), as well as private companies active in this sector care and their founders.
Uz prije navedeno, odvjetnica Hukelj, uskoro dvadesetak godina, zastupa pred sudovima u predmetima iz područja građanskog prava.
Mrs. Hukelj draws on her education in the field of economics to better understand financial and fiscal repercussions that certain legal decisions may have on clients as well as to understand the vision and mission of the companies her law office represents, and how to navigate through the complex, rapidly changing reality by applying her legal and economic expertise.
Furthermore, for almost twenty years now, attorney Hukelj represents parties in civil litigations. Attorneys-at Law Mr. Damir Kotromanović and Mr. Tin Kolenko, with whom she has signed the Office Merger Agreement, collaborate with her.
